OUR SERVICES

We will market any vacant unit for rent and screen each tenant before 
move in.

We enforce the lease collecting any late fees managing any issues and 
conducting any evictions if necessary.

We will assist in property turns and rehabs as needed to get properties 
re-listed for rent.

We provide accounting documents including monthly statements, end of year 
statements, and all tax documents along with profit and loss statements.

We collect rent and communicate with the tenants about any issues with 24 hour customer service calls.

We conduct move in and move out inspections along with inspections during 
the lease as needed.
